We are seeking a **Senior Welder - Affirmative Action for Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** to join our **EAB team** in **Lagoa da Prata-MG!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Performing welding work on pipelines, components, and industrial equipment using electric welding converters and oxy-acetylene equipment, executing MIG, TIG, and shielded metal arc welds, applying cladding to cane mill rolls, and performing other welding services. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum six months of experience in the field; * Knowledge of welding and plastering; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Commitment to safety; * Residence in Lagoa da Prata, Japaraíba, or Arcos. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversational meeting to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
