We are looking for a **Sugar Production Operator I** to join the **Juice Treatment team** in **Lagoa da Prata\-MG!** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Monitor and operate equipment in the sugar production process; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Ensure quality practices; * Perform unloading of chemical products; * Carry out input dosing in the process. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary school education (Fundamental level); * Industrial experience will be a plus, but is not mandatory; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; * Must reside in Lagoa da Prata, Japaraíba, or Arcos; * Commitment to Safety. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, which you'll learn about if you progress): * Registration \- completing this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about daily tasks and challenges.
