We are seeking a **Junior Welder - Affirmative Action for People with Disabilities (PcD)** to join the **EAB team** in **Lagoa da Prata - MG.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Learn welding activities using coated electrodes (tack welding); * Record consumables used during the welding process; * Perform welding activities during the off-season period, according to departmental scheduling and planning; * Conduct welding tasks for emergency maintenance; * Maintain personal protective equipment, as well as company assets and property; * Assist in corrective emergency maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience is not mandatory; * Initiative/creativity; * Communication skills; * Interpersonal skills; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Residency in Lagoa da Prata, Japaraíba, or Arcos. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application - completing this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview - an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
