Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Welder to learn and perform shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) tasks, supporting both scheduled and emergency maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Junior Welder** to join the **EAB team** in **Lagoa da Prata - MG.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Learning shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) techniques (tack welding); * Recording consumables used during the welding process; * Performing welding activities during the off-season, according to departmental scheduling and planning; * Conducting welding work for emergency maintenance; * Maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as company assets and property; * Assisting in corrective emergency maintenance activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * No prior experience required; * Initiative/creativity; * Communication skills; * Interpersonal skills; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Commitment to safety; * Residency in Lagoa da Prata, Japaraíba, or Arcos. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
