You will join a strategic Production Planning and Control team, collaborating directly with experienced professionals from Manufacturing, Materials, Programs, and Services. You will work under the mentorship of the PCP Manager, who leads initiatives aligning production capacity with demand and promotes integration across organizational functions. This experience will provide you with a broad view of industrial processes and a unique opportunity for practical learning in a dynamic and collaborative environment. How will you make a difference? As an intern, you will actively contribute to developing and updating production schedules, supporting analysis of capacity, demand, and performance data. Your keen attention to detail and curiosity will be essential in identifying process improvement opportunities, assisting in report preparation, and collaborating on initiatives aimed at increasing plant productivity. By participating in planning meetings and monitoring key performance indicators, you will help ensure projects remain aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
