Willingness to work **JOB: Construction Helper** **Location:** Betim Monday to Friday **Responsibilities:** * Assist in general civil construction services * Support the team in preparing and organizing the construction site * Load, unload, and transport materials * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the worksite * Carry out tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Prior experience in this role is a plus * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work **Conditions:** * Salary: R$ 1.770,13 * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * Breakfast provided at the company * Food basket Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.770,13 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance
