Analysis of route difficulties and opportunity identification **JUNIOR LOGISTICS ASSISTANT - TEMPORARY POSITION - 78311** **Job Description:** * Assist drivers with daily login, shift commencement, route loading, and completion of gate exit procedures; * Monitor vehicles daily, track events, perform event handling, and report findings to management for awareness and driver-related follow-up; * Support drivers encountering questions regarding inputs on monitoring devices; generate daily tracking reports per work instructions; * Present daily results to the distribution supervisor; assist at shift end with recharging drivers' mobile phones (power) upon route return; * Create DTs (Dispatch Tickets); * Authorize additional cargo releases; * Support telephone communications for external Sales and Distribution teams; * Submit ASAP tickets (Billing, XML file submission, and others); * Conduct interviews with drivers to understand route difficulties and identify opportunities. **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Familiarity with route monitoring systems is desirable; Experience in route monitoring within transportation companies.
