We are seeking an **In-House Designer / Web Designer** to strengthen the brand’s visual communication, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to building a more professional, clear, and strategic digital presence. Key Responsibilities * Create graphic assets for social media, campaigns, advertisements, institutional materials, and internal communications; * Develop layouts for landing pages, website pages, and digital materials; * Support visual maintenance of the website and propose user experience improvements; * Create commercial and institutional presentations, as well as supporting materials for various company departments; * Adapt technical healthcare content into clear, human-centered, and accessible visual language; * Ensure visual brand consistency across all channels; * Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and internal teams; * Support internal marketing, events, seasonal campaigns, and printed materials as needed; * Organize files, templates, and the company’s visual identity assets. Requirements * Prior experience as a Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role; * Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar; * Understanding of social media design, advertising, and institutional materials; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of website and landing page layout creation; * Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and brand identity; * Ability to transform complex information into simple and objective visual assets; * Strong organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Portfolio showcasing previous work. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with healthcare companies, clinics, hospitals, or institutional businesses; * Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, or other page-building tools; * Familiarity with paid traffic and campaign creatives; * Experience in basic video editing; * Knowledge of UX/UI principles; * Aptitude for handling sensitive, human-centered, and professional communication.
