Job Description: Responsible for executing and supporting Human Resources activities in the industrial unit, ensuring the application of corporate policies, support to managers and employees, and the promotion of a healthy, engaged work environment aligned with the company's sustainability principles. Key Responsibilities:* Recruitment and Selection: Conduct internal and external hiring processes aligned with plant needs and organizational values. * Promotions and Internal Transfers: Support and document personnel movements, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. * Termination Processes: Manage employee offboarding with focus on respect, care, and legal compliance. * Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and monitor development indicators. * Benefit Contract Management: Administer meal and transportation service contracts, ensuring quality and responsiveness to local needs. * Manager Support: Act as a strategic partner to plant leaders, providing guidance on people management topics. * Employee Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, requests, and support. * Organizational Climate and Engagement: Plan and implement actions that promote team well-being, integration, and engagement. * Internal Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication of HR initiatives and global company programs within the plant. * People Cycle: Support all stages of the people management cycle (performance evaluation, calibration, succession planning, etc.) at the site. Desired Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Previous experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in an industrial setting. * Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of labor legislation and people management practices. * Systemic thinking and alignment with sustainability principles.
