Scheduling occupational health examinations and follow-up **Job Description – Administrative Assistant** The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Workplace Safety, Administration, and Finance departments by providing customer service, organizing documents, and handling eSocial-related tasks. Additionally, they will schedule occupational health examinations (ASO) and coordinate with partner clinics to ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields is preferred). * **Experience in administrative routines.** * Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety and eSocial (SST). * Customer service skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
