If you enjoy challenges, strategic negotiations, and want to grow alongside an expanding company, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Opening and development of new markets; * Active prospecting, qualification, and negotiation with B2B clients; * Conducting commercial visits and maintaining relationships; * Managing client portfolios and account follow-up; * Preparing commercial proposals and closing sales; * Order follow-up, monitoring the entire process until delivery; * Recording and managing opportunities in the **CRM**; * Supporting commercial strategies and social media sales initiatives; * Placing orders in the system and monitoring performance. **Requirements** * Completed high school (a bachelor's degree is a plus); * Proven experience in **B2B industrial sales**; * Preferred: experience in **metal structures sales**; * Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and WhatsApp-based sales; * Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and results orientation; * Proactive, dynamic, and organized profile; * Willingness to travel; * Commercial, Sales, or Administration education or training is desirable. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base salary:** R$ 2.500,00 * **Fuel allowance:** R$ 400,00 or transportation voucher (paid in cash) * **Meal allowance:** R$ 18 per day * **Total earnings may reach R$ 8.000,00 with commissions**, depending on performance **Work location:** CONTAGEM **Willingness to travel** **Employment type:** Full-time CLT If you are driven by results, have passion in your eyes, and wish to build a solid career within a continuously growing group, **send your resume and join the KMI Group**!
