**Responsibilities and Challenges of the Position:**
Responsible for conducting and organizing the company's HR/DP routines, including hiring, terminations, vacations, timekeeping, benefits, payroll coordination with accounting, labor documentation, onboarding, probationary period follow-up, leadership support, internal announcements, disciplinary warnings, training, CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), and other people management processes.
The main challenge will be to structure and standardize departmental processes, ensuring timely execution, document security, effective communication with employees, and support to management in people management. We seek a candidate with practical experience, organizational skills, confidentiality, autonomy, and maturity to handle both people and processes.
**Mandatory Minimum Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Psychology, People Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience in HR/DP routines, including hiring, termination, vacations, timekeeping, benefits, payroll reconciliation, labor documentation, and employee support.
* Practical knowledge of labor legislation, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT), e-Social, payroll, timekeeping control, and hiring/termination processes.
* Familiarity with ASO, occupational medical exams, mandatory training, and CIPA. Fluent Portuguese. No foreign language required.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience in companies with on-site operations and large employee headcounts, especially in commerce, retail, food service, industry, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, or family-owned businesses.
* Experience in structuring HR/DP processes, standardizing documents, timekeeping systems, payroll systems, benefits administration, CIPA, ASO, mandatory training, operational recruitment and selection, probationary period follow-up, CCT, e-Social, and leadership support.
* It is advantageous to have worked in companies with more than 50 employees and to possess an organized, firm, empathetic, discreet, autonomous, and communicative profile.
