They will serve as an academic reference, contributing to students’ technical, scientific, and personal development. **Responsibilities:** * Support students in activities, projects, and modules * Mediate questions regarding theoretical and practical content * Monitor individual and collective performance, providing constructive feedback * Assist in organizing study routines, deadlines, and use of teaching materials * Guide students on using digital platforms and virtual learning environments * Support interpretation of nursing protocols, guidelines, and best practices * Stimulate engagement, autonomy, and active participation in academic activities * Contribute to students’ ethical, technical, and humanized professional development **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing * Active registration with COREN * Strong communication skills * Empathy and active listening * Organizational skills * Proficiency in using virtual learning environments **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in mentoring, student support, or academic tutoring * Familiarity with educational platforms * Knowledge of patient safety protocols and clinical best practices.
