Dynamism, flexibility, and attention to detail LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR POSITION \- BASED IN ARCOS REQUIREMENTS: * EDUCATION: Technology degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Leadership profile and experience leading teams; * Practical knowledge of cargo transportation; * Dynamism, flexibility, and ability to adapt to unplanned changes; * Strategic and analytical vision for delivering results; * Attention to detail, sense of organization and cleanliness, etc. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics. * Logistics experience with transportation companies (preferred). * Willingness to travel * Must reside in Arcos.
