




Job Summary: Professional to plan and manage HR activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies, and supporting people management and organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Support for organizational climate management and strategic information **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage HR department activities, including Personnel Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Occupational Medicine and Safety. * Ensure compliance with the institution's HR guidelines and policies. * Monitor and analyze people management indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance, training hours, among others). * Manage the workforce and track internal movements, hires, and terminations. * Coordinate employee performance evaluation and development programs. * Prepare and analyze managerial and strategic reports to support executive decision-making. * Conduct periodic meetings with the HR team for alignment and process improvement. * Support organizational climate management and conduct climate surveys. * Monitor the People Management budget and personnel cost indicators. * Provide the Executive Board with strategic information related to people management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in humanities-related fields. * Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with HR management systems and payroll software. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Familiarity with quality tools (GUT, PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto, Cause-and-Effect). * Experience with competency-based management and HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate). * Experience in team leadership, negotiation, and cost and budget management.
