




Description: * Higher education completed or in progress in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration or related fields; * Experience in Generalist Human Resources area; * Basic Office package skills; * CNH Category B desirable; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility and Innovation. * Carry out Recruitment \& Selection processes, conduct interviews and align steps between managers and candidates; * Manage the admission process including document organization, registrations, ASO requests, benefits and PPE/uniforms for approved candidate hiring. * Conduct Onboarding training for new employees, including online sessions. * Import and verify employee time records. * Provide employee support by addressing their questions and needs. * Actively participate in internal company events, assisting in their organization and execution. * Support managers on Human Resources related matters. * Monitor employee offboarding processes and carry out termination settlements. * Organize and distribute benefits to employees. 2509180202241758626
