As a Production Assistant, your main responsibilities will be: * Provide excellent customer service; * Be attentive and agile in the system to resolve customer inquiries; * Assist customers with the necessary documentation for issuing digital certificates; * Issue bank slips; * Receive and verify bank payment receipts; * Follow up on pending bank slip payments; * Assist the AGR team with video conference scheduling; * Assist customers in preparing for video conferences; * Prepare, review, and send the required document files to AGR.
