Collaboration with development teams **CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT POSITION** **Location:** Caiçaras, Belo Horizonte – MG **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via WhatsApp and email; * Resolve and track tickets within SLA using Freshdesk; * Create and validate on-site technical service orders; * Record service delivery; * Log and track support requests; * Monitor and diagnose issues; * Ensure optimal system functionality; * Conduct training and documentation; * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base; * Provide internal support; * Collaborate with development teams. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Relevant work experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 40.00), transportation allowance or fuel assistance, health insurance (Amil), dental care, Gympass.
