Listed on the London Stock Exchange, Smiths employs approximately 16,000 colleagues in over 50 countries. **Job Description** * Conduct feasibility studies to identify gaps and improvement opportunities at customer sites, supporting the development of performance-based contracts. * Implement, operate, and manage Service Program contracts, ensuring excellence in execution. * Deliver technical and managerial presentations demonstrating John Crane solutions and their added value. * Monitor contract profitability and P&L, reporting results, actions, and risks. * Ensure quality in delivery, avoiding value gaps and guaranteeing fulfillment of commitments made. * Highlight technical differentiators of products during contract execution. * Present tangible results to customers, conduct critical analyses, and support contract renewals. * Support Sales and Business teams with information, evidence, and success stories. * Promote product image and credibility through studies and improvements presented to customers. * Maintain alignment with leadership on contract requirements. * Supervise and interact with engineers and technicians during Contract Review Meetings. * Stay technically updated and suggest continuous improvements. * Comply with standards, processes, and requirements of the Integrated Management System. * Preserve confidentiality of company information. * Perform other related activities as directed by leadership. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
