Job Description* Maintenance Management: Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electromechanical equipment at Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) * Technical and Operational Management: Monitor performance of electromechanical assets (MTBF, MTTR, and operational availability); identify opportunities for process improvement * Prepare periodic technical reports containing information on failures, interventions performed, equipment performance, and consumption of spare parts and materials * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with technical standards and legal requirements; ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safe practices according to occupational health, safety, and environmental standards * Contractual Management of Third Parties: Participate in developing maintenance and technical improvement investment plans; support the contracting and supervision of outsourced services * Manage outsourced technical teams, control operational indicators, and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. Interface with other departments (engineering, operations, environment, procurement, etc.).
