Operate heavy machinery and railway equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance, in accordance with safety and quality standards.

This position is exclusively for our Talent Pool, aimed at future opportunities. The Administrative Center is located in Formiga/MG; however, the company has projects across various states in the country, enabling opportunities in different locations.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Operate heavy railway machinery and large-scale equipment, such as: Holland Flash Butt Welding Machine, Colmar Railway Loader, Plasser Ballast Tamping Machine, Plasser Ballast Regulating Machine, adjusting controls and activating their movements. Operate backhoe loaders, mini excavators, compacting rollers, and agricultural tractors. Maintain and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, following instructions from immediate supervisors, to deliver services compliant with project specifications. Always adhere to occupational safety, hygiene, quality targets, productivity, and environmental protection standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Experience in team leadership, knowledge of construction/maintenance work, strong communication skills, organizational ability, willingness to travel/undertake shift work, and commitment to safety.
