Monitor food temperature, storage, and expiration dates We are seeking a Nutrition Technician to support the execution and control of activities related to food and nutrition, ensuring food quality, compliance with sanitary regulations, and customer well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in menu planning and implementation * Monitor meal production and distribution * Ensure good food handling practices * Control food and supply inventory * Conduct quality and hygiene inspections * Support the nutritionist in technical activities * Prepare control reports and records * Monitor food temperature, storage, and expiration dates * Guide kitchen staff on proper procedures **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Nutrition or Nutrition and Dietetics * Active registration with the professional regulatory council * Knowledge of good food handling practices * Basic understanding of sanitary surveillance * Relevant work experience * Organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in UAN (Food and Nutrition Unit), hospitals, or schools * Knowledge of food quality control * Additional courses in the field Compensation: R$1.688,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
