You will work in a dynamic environment leveraging cutting-edge technology, applying sound engineering practices, AI models, and continuous learning — all aimed at democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. **Imagine yourself undertaking projects and being responsible for:** * Participating in all phases of high-impact product development, analyzing requirements and proposing solutions that add value to both technical and business areas. * Supporting the pursuit of agreements with teams across different areas to advance use cases as well as product evolution and their KPIs. * Defining architecture and scalability of our products, building and executing tests for applications, and monitoring application performance metrics as well as product/business metrics. * Identifying and proposing best practices for backend development, ensuring code quality through practices such as code reviews, pair programming, etc. * Working with highly available systems handling high volumes of data traffic, and with relational and non-relational databases, maintaining their quality and performance. * Participating in architectural design for our solutions, whether building something new or solving an existing problem. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Experience in development roles and knowledge of programming languages such as Golang (preferred), Java, or similar. * Experience with NoSQL databases or relational data models, service-oriented architecture, RESTful applications, security best practices, and version control using Git. * Experience with SRE tools such as New Relic, Kibana, Datadog, and ElasticSearch. * Prior experience working within multidisciplinary teams; Spanish proficiency is a plus. * Experience in logistics projects (knowledge focused on logistics network operations and concepts such as WMS, TMS, Cross\-Docking) is considered a plus.
