SYSTEMS ANALYST - BELO HORIZONTE *Position open to persons with disabilities **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; Strong knowledge of Laravel, PHP, Git, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server and MySQL databases; Practical experience as a Web Developer, including prior work with the Laravel framework; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with React, Selenium, DevOps. **Key Responsibilities:** Responsible for analyzing internal requirements and developing or customizing systems, ensuring alignment with defined objectives; Maintaining applications by identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring delivery quality through testing and compliance with specifications; Preparing technical documentation and user manuals, as well as proposing improvements to development processes; Supporting system implementation through testing and user acceptance testing (UAT); Assisting new team members with hands-on training and monitoring system performance tools to identify and resolve incidents; Collaborating proactively to ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks. **Additional Information:** Work arrangement: Remote (home office); Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
