As a **Financial Analyst**, you will be responsible for: * Preparing and analyzing managerial and strategic financial reports to support executive decision-making. * Managing and monitoring cash flow, forecasting capital requirements, and ensuring liquidity. * Performing treasury functions: bank relationship management, reconciliations, fund raising/investment, and liaison with financial institutions across all business units. * Administering and controlling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timeliness and efficiency. * Preparing and tracking budgets (budgeted vs. actual), proposing financial performance improvements for all business units. * Monitoring the monthly Income Statement (DRE), ensuring adherence to deadlines and data accuracy. * Supporting supplier contract management and strategic negotiations to maximize profitability and reduce costs. * Assisting executive leadership in investment decisions and corporate expansion projects. * Overseeing procurement processes, supplier quotations, and supplier analysis, with a focus on cost optimization. * Leading the integration and automation of financial processes through digital tools and artificial intelligence, reducing manual tasks and increasing efficiency. * Maintaining coordination with the Accounting Department and monitoring labor obligations, employee benefits, and HR department routines. * Implementing financial performance indicators (KPIs) and suggesting continuous improvement strategies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in finance, including treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Controller experience is a plus. * Analytical profile with strategic focus, while also executing operational tasks within the department. * Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Omie, ERP) and advanced Excel. * Knowledge of managerial accounting and financial statement analysis. * Experience with automation and AI tools applied to finance. * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and capability to propose process improvements. * Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and interpersonal communication. * Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, reporting directly to executive leadership.
