Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, monitoring, and managing production processes to ensure quality, safety, and traceability for operational efficiency and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Management and control of production processes with a focus on quality and safety. 2. Routine monitoring of production, schedules, and deadlines. 3. Development and updating of spreadsheets, reports, and departmental indicators. **Description** Control, monitor, and manage production processes, ensuring compliance with Quality Management guidelines, safety standards, deadlines, organization, and equipment traceability, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and corporate process compliance. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Strictly comply with Quality Management guidelines, safety regulations, Code of Conduct, and the 5S Program. * Control, record, and organize F.A.S., documents, technical reports, reports, indicators, and photographic records. * Receive, verify, identify, and enter equipment into systems (CIGAM, SICE), forwarding\-them for expert appraisal and process monitoring. * Monitor routine production activities, schedules, deadlines, process closure, and Man-Hour evaluation. * Perform final inspection of equipment, verify technical data and invoices. * Develop and update spreadsheets, reports, and departmental indicators (Visual Management). * Track supply chain demands, operational priorities, and perform Production Rotation. * Report non-conformities, request NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and maintain continuous alignment with the department leader. **Requirements** * Minimum: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. * Preferred: Completed Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields. Professional Experience * Minimum: 6 months of experience in the field. * Preferred: 1 year of experience in roles related to production management.
