Participate in the development and improvement of analytical methods Your Key Responsibilities: \- Perform laboratory analyses and tests on biological samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. \- Operate, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.\- Prepare technical reports and records of procedures and results. \- Participate in the development and improvement of analytical methods and procedures. \- Perform quality control of laboratory processes and products.\- Support medical staff in interpreting and applying test results. \- Maintain an organized workplace compliant with biosafety standards. Required Qualifications: \- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, or related fields. \- Proven experience in clinical laboratories or biomedical analysis laboratories.\- Knowledge of laboratory analytical techniques, including biochemical, hematological, microbiological, and imaging tests. \- Ability to interpret results and prepare technical reports. \- Capacity to work collaboratively, demonstrating proactivity and attention to detail. \- Knowledge of good laboratory practices and biosafety standards.
