If you are communicative, enjoy working in a team, and wish to grow professionally, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** · Team leadership: Motivate and coordinate your team to ensure the best customer experience, with emphasis on quality, hygiene, and food safety. · Operational supervision: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift. · Financial management: Monitor performance metrics, manage cash handling, purchases, and optimize labor resources according to internal procedures. · Legal compliance: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies. · Team development: Train staff on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines. **Requirements to apply:** Leadership experience Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree Minimum age of 18 years Willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and grow with the company **Work schedule:** Rotating schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, or 5 days on / 2 days off **Available shifts:** Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:20 PM – 6x1 Afternoon: 3:20 PM – 11:40 PM – 6x1 Night: 6:00 PM – 4:20 AM – 5x2 **Employment type: Full-time – CLT** Position: Junior Store Assistant Salary: R$ 2\.312,86 **Benefits:** Career development and professional growth plan Medical and dental insurance Profit-sharing program Transportation allowance TotalPass (discounts at gyms) Join our team!
