Opportunity for continuous improvement and data analysis A freight transportation company is seeking an Operations Manager in Contagem (Morada Nova). **Responsibilities:** Manage fleet operations to ensure efficiency, availability, and cost control. Lead the team, promoting alignment, development, and results orientation. Plan and control vehicle utilization, preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor operational, financial, and fleet performance indicators. Manage leasing contracts with partners and cooperatives. Control documentation, traffic fines, insurance, and operational compliance. Track revenues, expenses, and operational profitability. Negotiate with suppliers and repair shops. Analyze data, prepare managerial reports, and support decision-making. Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth. Previous experience as Operations Director, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or Project Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
