




Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will ensure the financial health of the institution by planning, controlling, and analyzing budgetary, accounting, and contractual data to provide strategic support for decision-making. Assurance of budgetary efficiency and compliance The **Financial Analyst** will be responsible for ensuring the institution’s financial health through planning, control, and analysis of budgetary, accounting, and contractual data. They will act strategically to support decision-making, directly contributing to the sustainability and growth of institutional and clinical research activities. Their greatest challenge will be ensuring efficiency in budget execution and compliance with institutional, contractual, and funding agency requirements—directly impacting the organization’s transparency, predictability, and recognition. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, monitor, and review the institutional and project budgets based on revenue and expense projections, assessing variances and proposing corrective actions. * Perform cost control and analysis by department, cost center, procedure, doses produced, and clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with planning. * Monitor and validate financial and accounting entries, performing daily cash closings for units and supporting internal and external audit processes. * Monitor and manage institutional and research contracts, conducting clause analysis, risk identification, term tracking, renewals, and expirations, generating management reports according to contractual status. * Support billing and collections processes related to clinical research, collaborating in the preparation of invoices and receivables tracking from sponsors. * Collaborate with administrative and research teams in gathering data for budget composition of new studies, contract updates, and reporting for accountability purposes. * Monitor institutional investment performance and analyze return rates related to projects, services, or financial investments, informing strategic decisions and ensuring adherence to the organization’s financial goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Preferred: Ongoing specialization in Accounting, Controllership, or related areas. **Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Innovation; * Collaboration; * Analytical Ability; **Additional Information** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare reimbursement; * Education assistance covering up to 80% of undergraduate tuition fees and 50% of postgraduate tuition fees; * Free parking; * Supplementary pension plan.
