We seek a committed, attentive professional with knowledge in gardening and basic maintenance. * Soil Preparation: Analyze, plow, fertilize, and correct soil to ensure healthy plant growth. * General Maintenance: Watering, weeding, sweeping, periodic fertilization, and removal of dry leaves or dead branches. * Pruning and Cutting: Prune trees, shrubs, and lawns, maintaining ideal shape and height. * Equipment Operation: Use and maintain tools such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, leaf blowers, and irrigation systems. * Support in Basic Maintenance: Repairing faucet and trap leaks; replacing and installing faucets and showers (electric or gas-powered); repairing or replacing flush valves and tank-type toilets; simple unclogging of sinks, drains, and toilets; cleaning water tanks and gutters; interior wall painting and touch-ups; replacing and maintaining door locks and latches; minor repairs to wooden or ceramic flooring; mold removal from walls and furniture; installation or repair of electrical outlets and switches; inspection of damaged wiring (minor repairs); and replacement of light bulbs, fuses, and ballasts. ### **Essential Requirements** Experience in maintenance; Experience in gardening; Experience in electrical repairs and installations. ### **Employment Type** CLT ### **PCD** Both ### **Benefits** * Comprehensive Health Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Attendance Bonus * Uniform * Employees' Association * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance * Childcare Center ### **Work Location** SANTA CASA ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
