**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) Work in the pre-service area, performing filtering and routing of members. Encourage the use of digital channels. Provide in-person or telephone customer service, clarifying inquiries regarding products or services. Process various receipts and payments while maintaining physical cash balances up to the maximum limit established by the cooperative’s policy. Market the cooperative’s products and services to its members. **1.** Initiate credit card purchase disputes; **2.** Serve members in person or by telephone to provide services; **3.** Market all products and services offered by the cooperative; **4.** Identify atypical financial transactions of members/customers and record them appropriately to support prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud; **5.** Provide members with deposit, withdrawal, transfer, payment, capital contribution/refund, and other cash operation services; **6.** Support members regarding products and services marketed by the cooperative; **7.** Filter incoming requests and route members/customers according to their needs; **8.** Perform routine operational tasks (e.g., collecting physical signatures on various documents; sending documents for electronic signature via GED; receiving, routing, digitizing, archiving, and sorting documents; opening and monitoring GRA’s in general, etc.); **9.** Carry out other related tasks as required and per management guidance. **Requirements:** **1. Education:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * CPA-10, CPA-20, or higher certification is desirable. **2.
