Operate CNC machines to machine parts made of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, resins, and plastics, performing tasks according to programs, drawings, and established procedures, ensuring part quality and operational safety. * Machine parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, resins, and plastics on CNC machines according to the defined program and priority * Prepare and adjust the CNC machine for the start of each batch, following guidance from the Senior Operator or Programmer * Prepare raw materials on conventional machines for subsequent CNC machining when required * Adjust tools for conducting tests and dimensional control before and during production * Perform periodic oil changes and basic maintenance tasks as per the established schedule * Control the quality of machined parts by applying dimensional verification procedures as instructed * Document activities: complete production control sheets, statistical process control results, and part references * Update tool layouts as directed by the Programmer or Supervisor * Report machine maintenance issues to the Supervisor or Senior Operator * Participate in SGQ activities, adhering to procedures, objectives, and organizational policy * Use PPE as specified in the PGR, reporting any damage or inadequacy to the supervisor * Comply with safety regulations defined by the company and SESMT * Properly maintain one's work area, devices, machining equipment, and tools * Comply with and enforce legislation and requirements of good manufacturing practices for medical devices and equipment
