We currently have openings for **Logistics and Customer Service Assistants** in our Logistics Department located in Arceburgo/MG. **Responsibilities:** * \- Assist with logistics-related tasks and SAC: file and invoice organization, contacting customers via the company’s WhatsApp, order picking, generating shipping labels and carrier invoices, order verification and packaging. * \- Assist with carrier manifests. * \- Assist with administrative tasks as needed. **Essential Requirements:** \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \- Ability to operate computer systems and software efficiently; \- Proficiency in performing tasks using Microsoft Office; \- Strong typing skills and grammar; \- Willingness and ability to learn and develop expertise in logistics; \- Proactiveness and strong communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:00. **Benefits:** Flexible meal voucher (food and meals) of R$ 330.00 per month.
