Support DHL Transportation and MELI teams with vehicle information and agreed-upon deadlines to feed KPIs. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable. Experience in transportation.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Control vehicle entry and exit within specified time windows, using the scheduling drive provided by MELI, to ensure ETA timing. 2\. Monitor vehicle arrivals via telephone contact according to the schedule. 3\. Support gate, dispatch, planning, customer, and other related teams in facilitating vehicle entry and exit processes. 4\. Supervise loading by coordinating with relevant departments and reporting possible delays. 5\. Contact drivers directly to ensure route execution. 6\. Guide drivers within the yard, indicating the dock, internal procedures, and HSE rules for vehicle release. 7\. Report vehicle entry information, loading start/end times via form to generate KPIs. 8\. Report incidents to DHL and Mercado Livre teams in real time using the internal communication tool. 9\. Follow operational procedures and comply with DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct. Among your key responsibilities.
