Job Summary: We are seeking an N3 professional to serve as a technical reference in IT infrastructure, with experience in networking, telecommunications, and security, and a hands-on profile for troubleshooting and implementation. Advanced support and implementation of infrastructure solutions We seek an N3-level professional to serve as a technical reference in IT infrastructure, with strong experience in networking, telecom, security, and segmented environments (VLAN and DMZ). This position requires a hands\-on profile, involving both advanced troubleshooting and on-site implementation and support. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as the final escalation level (N3\) * Implement and manage: * VLANs and network segmentation * DMZ environments for service publishing * Administration of: * Monitoring with Zabbix * Print servers * IP-PBX (SIP) * Network diagnostics based on the OSI model * Configuration of CCTV camera networks (standalone) * Support for N1/N2 teams (including physical tasks such as cabling) REQUIREMENTS: * Solid experience with: * VLANs, NAT, firewalls, and routing * Publishing services in DMZ * SIP / VoIP * Knowledge of: * Fiber optics and structured cabling * Monitoring (Zabbix) * Advanced troubleshooting capability PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS \- Experience with: * FortiGate / OPNsense / Mikrotik * VPN (IPsec/OpenVPN) * Environments with high device density PROFILE: * Hands-on * Analytical * Solves problems independently without relying on third parties * Capable of supporting and developing the team
