




**Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the execution of the technical schedule and administrative support; * Evaluate and issue technical opinions regarding equipment maintenance location and conditions; * Guide the technical team in complying with the service schedule, standards, technical procedures, and workplace safety; * Lead the team: participate in selection processes, conduct training, performance evaluations, and feedback. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Chemistry, Building Construction, Sanitation, or related fields; * Experience in sanitation or maintenance; * Valid driver’s license and availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet; * Knowledge of systems, reports, processes, and procedures; * Knowledge of leadership and people management; * Leadership experience will be an advantage.
