Provides strategic support in defining job requirements Responsible for executing talent attraction and selection processes to meet recruitment demands across varying levels of complexity. Conducts candidate profile screening and analysis, promotes professional attraction through advertising strategies and proactive sourcing, and provides support to strategic departments in defining job requirements. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree. Experience in recruitment and selection processes. Knowledge of ATS tools and systems for recruitment and selection. \*Temporary position to cover maternity leave. Work location: On-site
