Job Summary: Analyst responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing technical and operational data, developing advanced controls, and creating strategic reports and dashboards. Conducting predictive analytics using AI and Machine Learning **Responsibilities** Collect, organize, and process technical and operational data from spreadsheets, field reports, internal controls, SharePoint lists, and enterprise systems. Develop and maintain advanced Excel and Power BI controls using formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and logical database organization. Create, update, and analyze Power BI dashboards and reports with technical and operational KPIs. Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators such as deadlines, costs, rework, productivity, and operational efficiency. Support business areas with strategic analysis. Collaborate directly with technical teams to understand requirements and translate technical needs into data analyses. Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through data analysis, proposing adjustments to processes and controls. Standardize engineering reports, KPIs, and databases to ensure consistency, comparability, and a reliable information history. Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations, translating technical data into clear, objective, and decision-oriented insights. Develop predictive analytics using AI and Machine Learning techniques. Support business areas with analytical models and automation. Support initiatives for data standardization for generative AI. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related analytical fields. Experience in data analysis. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, database organization). Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Power BI (dashboard creation and data interpretation). Senior-level profile with autonomy, organization, and ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Analytical reasoning and ability to structure unstructured data. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of technical KPIs, costs, and deadlines. SQL knowledge. Big Data experience. Basic statistics and data modeling knowledge. Generative AI knowledge.
