We are seeking a **Tax Assistant** to join our team and ensure excellence in recording our operations! Your main responsibilities will be: Accounting for tax documents, ensuring each invoice is correctly classified in the system. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Basic knowledge of tax routines; * Knowledge of NF-e and basic tax legislation; * Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems. **Responsibilities:** * Record incoming invoices and service invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, and CT-e). * Analyze and classify operations using CFOP, CST, and NCM codes. * Verify correct application of tax rates and withholdings. * Assist in organizing digital files (XMLs) and supporting documents. * Support the verification of tax ledgers for monthly closing. * What we are looking for: * Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CFOP codes and types of tax invoices. * Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (**Intermediate Excel is a plus**). * Profile: Strong attention to detail, agility in data processing, and ability to work under deadlines.
