Learn more about this opportunity! **HR DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT** Company: Tora Transportes Location: Contagem/MG **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** Your main responsibilities include performing calculations and verifying employment termination settlements, conducting contract homologation processes, managing high volumes of data while meeting deadlines, meticulously verifying information for process accuracy, and carrying out other duties inherent to the HR Department. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO STAND OUT WITH US?** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), with emphasis on data organization, reporting, and control spreadsheets * Knowledge of payroll processing, preferably using the TOTVS Protheus system * Proactive professional with an analytical mindset and strong sense of urgency, deadline-oriented and results-driven **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Meal allowance at the company * Transportation allowance * Fresh food basket * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Partnership with Sest Senat * Corporate University * TotalPass * Life insurance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **WORK LOCATION:** Av.
