Support the analysis of customer claim returns by performing structured product inspections. * Classify defects consistently using established defect taxonomy and severity criteria. * Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to build reliable data for decision\-making. * Provide visibility on recurring issues to support quality improvement loops. Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Quality, Logistics, or similar (internship).
