We seek candidates for the Senior Controller Analyst position with a tax focus—individuals motivated to conduct detailed technical analyses and capable of identifying opportunities for tax optimization, always committed to working collaboratively to add value to the team and the company’s collective results. **Responsibilities** * Tax Analysis: Analyze direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ICMS\-ST, among others); * Tax Legislation Monitoring: Track changes in tax legislation, identify impacts, and implement adjustments in the company’s processes and systems; * Payment Analysis: Monitor and analyze payment inflows and outflows, ensuring fiscal compliance \- Customers/Debtors; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Interpersonal skills; * Collaborative work; * Clear and effective communication; * Ethics. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Experience in the field is essential for performing the activities; * Microsoft Office suite; **On-site position – Work location: Headquarters in Pouso Alegre, MG.**
