Editing and post-production: institutional videos, reels, testimonials; color correction, soundtracks, and transitions. Creative direction: interpreting briefs, directing recordings, proposing visual solutions. Scriptwriting and planning: creating scripts and storyboards, organizing schedules, locations, and cast. Final delivery: various formats (feed, stories, YouTube, etc.), optimized for social media. **Desired Technical Skills:** Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory). After Effects (preferred). Basic knowledge of drone operation and outdoor/studio filming. Experience with formats for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. **Ideal Profile:** Proactive, creative, and organized. Strong communication skills with team members and clients. Able to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible enough to adapt to the brand’s visual style. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** Photography, digital marketing, live streaming, certifications in related fields, and experience in advertising agencies or production companies.
