Job Summary: A professional to support the development and control of construction schedules, create project drawings, monitor activity progress, and assist in budget preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation **Responsibilities:** * Support the development, updating, and control of construction schedules; * Create project drawings; * Monitor activity progress according to planning; * Read and interpret projects and technical drawings; * Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation; * Support quantitative takeoff of materials and services; * Provide support to the engineering team in organizing reports and documents; **Requirements:** * Experience in industrial construction planning; * Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Basic/intermediate AutoCAD proficiency; * Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation; * Excel knowledge.
