We are seeking a **Professional Training Instructor** to join the **People** team in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Translate operational needs into structured learning solutions aligned with the unit’s strategy and business indicators; * Serve as the technical learning focal point for units, supporting leaders and partner areas in identifying and prioritizing technical skill gaps (GAPs); * Plan, prepare, and deliver theoretical and practical training in automotive maintenance; * Ensure practical applicability of content by connecting training to real-world operational routines; * Adapt teaching methodologies to the audience profile (apprentices, operators, mechanics, operational leaders); * Propose customized learning activities (workshops, OJT, TWI, field practices) according to the unit’s context; * Collaborate closely with leadership, SSMA, and Maintenance teams to ensure training initiatives align with unit strategic priorities; * Support the development and monitoring of technical competency plans, considering operational windows and asset criticality; * Proactively anticipate risks, suggest improvements, and support technical decisions related to training; * Serve as the technical reference for automotive maintenance topics, staying up-to-date on best practices, standards, and manufacturer specifications. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Familiarity with Easygenerator is a plus; * Practical expertise in at least some of the following automotive maintenance systems: diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, braking systems, suspension and steering, and basic automotive electro-electronics; * Prior experience in operational environments, workshops, or field settings; * Previous experience delivering theoretical and practical training, with emphasis on daily application; * Knowledge of hands-on learning methodologies such as OJT or TWI; * Understanding of operational performance indicators (availability – DF, MTBF, MTTR); * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), minimum Category B; Category D preferred; * Familiarity with training effectiveness evaluation methods is desirable; * Mobility to conduct weekly travel to production units; * Willingness to reside in Piracicaba/SP and work on-site full-time under the English week schedule (44 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday). **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application – completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview – an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview – a more technical discussion to further explore day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
