If you identify with this profile and wish to be part of a results-driven, excellence-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Welcome, guide, and provide direct support to users at highway operational bases, focusing on explaining and facilitating the electronic toll payment process (Free Flow), ensuring an efficient, humane service experience aligned with the concessionaire's standards. **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Greet users at operational bases courteously and attentively; * Clearly explain the concept and operation of the electronic toll system (Free Flow); * Guide users on available payment methods, especially the use of self-service kiosks; * Assist users during the payment process, answering questions and resolving simple issues directly; * Clarify doubts regarding unpaid passage notifications and instruct on regularization procedures; * Monitor the functionality of kiosks and report malfunctions to the technical team; * Collect user feedback and report incidents, suggestions, or complaints to the immediate supervisor; * Support educational and informational initiatives promoted by the concessionaire; * Follow company-defined operational and safety procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** Complete high school education (mandatory); Technical or higher education in areas such as Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or related fields is desirable; Previous experience in customer service, preferably in highway environments, retail, or service sectors; Basic knowledge of electronic toll systems (Free Flow); Basic computer skills (use of kiosks, tablets, or registration systems). **Additional information** On-site work at highway bases Work schedule: Shift rotation (2x2\) Benefits: Meal allowance or food voucher Medical insurance (Unimed Estadual) Life insurance Wellhub (Gympass) Shuttle transportation (for highway operational roles) **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way\-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** The MS\-306 Highway Concession Company S.A. is responsible for managing the entire length of MS\-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at the junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), including 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern region of Mato Grosso do Sul state. **Way\-112** The Eastern MS Highways Concession Company S.A. manages the MS\-112 highway and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 runs from the junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 section under concession extends from the MS\-306 highway (Cassilândia) to the junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 section runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.1 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concession Company S.A. manages the BR\-262 highway, a stretch starting at km 360\+100 at the junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at the junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concession spans across the state of Minas Gerais, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
