




Job Summary: The professional will support the execution of recruitment processes and administrative routines, ensuring organization and smooth operation of departmental activities. Administrative support to the team **Main Responsibilities** * Support recruitment processes for partner companies, providing assistance in administrative recruitment routines. * Conduct initial resume screening and organize candidate information according to job requirements. * Assist in tracking recruitment process stages and in initial contact with candidates, when necessary. * Organize and prepare materials, documents, and resources required for internal and external meetings. * Support the preparation and organization of meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents. * Maintain organization of departmental documents, files, and administrative information. * Provide administrative support to team requests, contributing to the smooth operation of departmental activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, HR Management, or related fields currently pursued is preferred). * Basic knowledge of administrative routines and document organization. * Familiarity with **Microsoft Office Suite** tools (Word, Excel, and e\-mail). * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and candidates. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective task management. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Prior experience in administrative routines or recruitment and selection support. (preferred) * Experience with job platforms or resume screening. (preferred) **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri **08:00** \- **18:00** (lunch break: 12:00–13:00) (low salary, isn’t it?
