Want to come with us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** * A person who quickly resolves tickets, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Receiving, classifying, registering, handling, resolving, and, when necessary, escalating incidents / tickets and service requests * Registering in the ITSM tool to ensure proper routing to the correct team; * Guiding users on existing processes, rules, and procedures; * Informing the requester of the incident/ticket about its status, providing clarifications, guidance, and updates; * Performing software configuration and maintenance. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Knowledge in:** * Windows; * Office Suite; * Active Directory; * Hardware and Software; * Information Security; * Computer Networks; * Basic understanding of Information Security * Customer Service. * Advanced English (will be assessed). **Differentials** * Technical courses or degree in Information Technology (IT) * ITIL certification; **Working hours** * ****From 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- 12x36 shift schedule. * Work model: 100% On-site. * Workplace: Araxá, Minas Gerais\-MG. **NOTE:** Hey!
