




Performs all activities assigned to their role with guidance and supervision; · Ensures the quality of information, organization and preservation of documents and records specific to their area and activities; · Knows and complies with administrative and operational procedures related to quality, safety and health specific to their area and activities; · Ensures proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), both for themselves and their colleagues; · Attends scheduled periodic medical examinations or those required due to job function changes; · Immediately reports and records any incidents or non-conformities related to quality, safety or health observed in their work area or within the company; · Whenever appropriate, submits suggestions for improving quality, safety and health procedures, processes and working conditions; · Knows how to handle basic tools (pullers, ratchets, grinders and others); · Assists the team in rolling conveyor belts; · Assists the team in performing hot and cold repairs on conveyor belts; · Assists the team in mechanical splice execution; · Assists the team in loading and unloading trucks; · Assists the team in executing cold splicing of fabric conveyor belts (based on RTT-PT-TEC-012), hot splicing of fabric conveyor belts (based on RTT-PT-TEC-013), steel cord conveyor belts (based on RTT-PT-TEC-011), and cold splicing of components (based on RTT-PT-TEC-014); · Complies with all requests from supervisors, provided they do not compromise physical or mental integrity, in accordance with REMA TIP TOP's Code of Ethical Conduct and Safety Regulations; · Participates in safety meetings (DDS - Daily Dialogue on Safety) at the company and/or client sites (when requested), at the units where they are permanently or temporarily assigned; · Under supervision, prepares necessary materials and equipment for tasks; · Performs cleaning and maintains workplace organization; · Assists the team in partial or complete replacement of conveyor belts on structures; · If qualified, occasionally drives vehicles to substitute or assist drivers, transporting personnel and equipment; · Supports REMA TIP TOP's General Training Plan by actively participating and implementing learned procedures and standards; · Responds promptly and efficiently to requests related to their area (cleaning, maintenance, etc.); · Maintains constant communication with team leaders and supervisors to keep up-to-date with all job-related requirements; · Executes assigned tasks and keeps immediate supervisors informed of any service execution disruptions when required; · Performs duties associated with the position, understanding and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality and Environment. 4.
